What We’re Looking For
We are currently seeking dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Managers to lead and grow our sales operations across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in automotive or EV sector sales, regional business development, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets
- Identify new dealer partners, manage existing networks, and ensure consistent growth
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh
- Lead, train, and motivate local sales teams to drive performance
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and after-sales support coordination
- Report to Head – Sales with regular performance updates and projections
Eligibility & Skills
- Minimum 0–8 years of experience in Automobile / EV Sales
- Prior regional sales management experience preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively across assigned regions
- Fluency in English, Telugu, and/or Hindi will be an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or relevant field (MBA preferred)
