Return and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation / Refund Policy

A. Booking Cancellation

You may cancel your booking at any time before making full payment of the Final Price of the vehicle. Fort EV Motors or its authorized Dealer reserves the right to unilaterally cancel your booking at any time, without prior notice, under circumstances including (but not limited to):

  • a) Fort EV Motors or its Dealer decides not to sell the vehicle in your city or location.
  • b) The vehicle or a specific feature/variant gets discontinued after you place the booking.
  • c) Fort EV Motors or its Dealer suspects the booking was made for resale, commercial activity, or in bad faith.

B. No Refund After Full Payment

Once full payment of the Final Vehicle Price is made by you, the purchase becomes final and non-refundable. No cancellation or refund will be allowed post payment completion.

C. Refund Processing Timeline

In case a refund is applicable, Fort EV Motors or its authorized Dealer will process the refund within 30 working days, from:

  • (i) the date your cancellation request is received, or
  • (ii) the date Fort EV Motors or the Dealer sends a cancellation notification (if cancelled by us).

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment or another authorized mode, as applicable.

D. Non-Refund for Installed Equipment

If you or Fort EV Motors cancels the booking after the installation of vehicle charging equipment, the amount paid may not be refunded. Fort EV Motors reserves the right to adjust the paid amount against the installation charges of the equipment. In such cases, any balance amount (after deduction) will be payable by you.
