In case of the user’s demise or non-compliance, Fort EV Motors may cancel the booking and apply its refund policy accordingly.

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of appropriate courts at Faridabad, Haryana. We reserve the right to update or discontinue services without prior notice.
10. Communication Consent
By using our platform, you consent to receive calls, emails, SMS, or WhatsApp messages from Fort EV Motors or its authorized representatives regarding your booking, vehicle updates, or promotional content. You may not claim such communications as unsolicited.
11. Delivery Schedule
Fort EV Motors and its authorized dealers will make reasonable efforts to deliver your vehicle as per the estimated timeline. However, delays may occur due to logistics or availability. The final vehicle price will apply at the time of delivery. In case of non-payment or delay by the customer, delivery may be withheld.
12. Booking Terms
- Vehicle prices and availability may change without notice.
- Vehicle delivery is subject to document verification, payment completion, and dealership confirmation.
- KYC and payment-related documentation must be completed at least 7 days before scheduled delivery.
- Fort EV Motors reserves the right to alter dealerships for delivery purposes if needed.
13. Acceptance of Booking
Bookings are subject to successful payment and verification. Failure to follow the payment schedule or document requirements may lead to cancellation, delay, or repossession of the vehicle.
